Start with what matters

What is holding you back?

Back, neck, shoulder and knee pain, all under one roof — so you never have to hunt for the right specialist.

A Physical Therapist determines whether online care is right for you. Some needs require in-person care.

01Back pain & sciatica

Try this today

Strengthen — don’t just stretch.

Stretching gives short-lived relief. Building stability in your glutes and deep core addresses a common underlying cause of lower back pain.

On your video visit

Your PT watches how you sit, bend and lift, pinpoints what’s driving your pain, and builds a stability plan that progresses as you get stronger.

02Neck pain & stiffness

Try this today

Raise your screen. Tuck your chin.

Set your screen at eye level and tuck your chin slightly. Every inch your head drifts forward adds roughly 10 pounds of load to your neck.

On your video visit

Your PT checks your posture, workstation and neck mobility on camera, then gives you a short daily routine that fits your workday.

03Shoulder pain

Try this today

Loosen your pec minor first.

A tight pec minor tilts the shoulder blade forward and compresses the joint — a common hidden driver of shoulder impingement.

On your video visit

Your PT tests your range of motion and shoulder-blade mechanics on camera, then corrects your form rep by rep.

04Knee pain

Try this today

Take the stairs test.

Pain going up stairs often points to the quad; pain going down often points to the patellar tendon. Knowing which tells you where to focus.

On your video visit

Your PT watches you squat, step and walk, identifies what’s loading your knee, and targets it with a plan you can follow at home.

05Not sure what’s wrong?

You don’t need a diagnosis to start. Tell us where it hurts, and your Physical Therapist will assess what’s going on and take it from there.

The Proximity Care Trap

Your zip code shouldn’t decide your care.

When access to quality physical therapy depends on where you live, your schedule or your ability to travel, people skip care, manage pain alone, or settle for whoever is closest instead of whoever is best.

Three myths that keep people in pain

01 / The Location Trap

“You have to live near a top clinic to get real results.”

The truth: a licensed Physical Therapist can assess your movement, prescribe exercises and guide your recovery over 1-on-1 video. Where you live has nothing to do with the quality of care you receive.

02 / The In-Person Illusion

“Physical therapy only works in person.”

The truth: the assessments, exercises and coaching that produce lasting relief translate to video. A skilled PT can watch you move, correct your form and build your program in real time.

03 / The Cost Barrier Myth

“Seeing a quality specialist costs a fortune.”

The truth: a 60-minute evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy is $199, with no commute or time off work, and HSA and FSA cards work too. The barrier to expert care is lower than most people assume.

Possibility, with accountability

Begin with hope. Look for real change.

  1. 01 / Your first visit

    Understand what’s going on.

The goal: leave with a clear explanation of what’s driving your pain, a specific plan to address it, and a sense of control over what happens next.

  2. 02 / Around two weeks

    Review, don’t just repeat.

Your PT reviews your progress. If the plan isn’t helping, it changes. New or worsening symptoms get attention sooner.

  3. 03 / Within 90 days

Get more of your life back.

Follow your plan and aim for less daily pain, better mobility, and the energy to return to the activities you’ve been avoiding.

These are care goals and review checkpoints, not a promise of recovery within a set number of visits or weeks. Individual results vary.

Common questions

Good questions deserve clear answers.

Still have questions?

We’re happy to help you figure out whether telehealth PT is right for you.

855-375-2733 support@internetphysicaltherapy.com
Is care available in my state?

For physical therapy, today we see patients in Arizona and Pennsylvania. Your Physical Therapist must be licensed in the state where you are during each visit. Check availability tells you right away. If we can’t see patients in your state yet, join the waitlist and we’ll let you know as soon as we can. Coaching and training are available in all 50 states and internationally.

What paperwork will I need to fill out?

After you book, Jane, our secure patient portal, emails your new-patient forms: health history, your goals and consent. They take about 10 minutes, and you can finish them anytime before your visit.

How does physical therapy work online?

Your PT assesses how you move on live video, explains what’s driving your pain, and coaches you through exercises in real time, adjusting your plan as you improve.

How much does it cost, and how do I pay?

Your 60-minute evaluation is $199, paid when you book. If you continue, the 12-week program is $1,997, or 3 monthly payments of $729, and your evaluation fee is credited if you enroll within 7 days. Pay by card or with your HSA or FSA card. We don’t bill insurance; if you’d like to send a claim to your plan yourself, ask for an itemized receipt (superbill).

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Yes, for physical therapy in Arizona and Pennsylvania. Pay with your HSA or FSA card just like a debit card, and we’ll send an itemized receipt for your records. Coaching and training usually aren’t HSA- or FSA-eligible unless your plan approves them, for example with a letter of medical necessity, so please check with your plan first.

Do you work with people outside Arizona and Pennsylvania, or outside the U.S.?

Yes, for coaching and training: personal training, nutrition coaching, and health and epigenetics coaching are available in all 50 states and internationally. Coaching isn’t physical therapy, so it doesn’t diagnose or treat pain, injuries or medical conditions. Physical therapy is available where our PT is licensed.

What if I have already tried physical therapy?

Tell us what you tried in your paperwork. Your PT builds a plan specific to you, reviews your progress, and changes course if it isn’t helping.

What would I need for a video visit?

A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, a reliable internet connection, and a little space to move.

I’ve had pain for years. Is it too late?

Chronic back, neck, shoulder and knee pain usually has a root cause that can be identified and treated. Many people who’ve lived with pain for years see real improvement once the right approach is applied.
