02 / If you continue
$1,997
The 12-week program, or 3 monthly payments of $729 ($2,187 in total). Eight 30-minute video visits, a home exercise program in an app, messages with your PT, and progress checks at weeks 4, 8 and 12.
03 / Ways to pay
HSA and FSA cards accepted
Pay by card or with your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account card. Ask for an itemized receipt (superbill) if you’d like to send it to your health plan yourself.

Pennsylvania law requires a referral for physical therapy. Ask your doctor, physician assistant or nurse practitioner, or a dentist or podiatrist for a condition they treat.

04 / Your plan
Leave with a plan.
A written plan and a home program you can follow. If you continue, the 12-week program builds on it, with your evaluation fee credited within 7 days.
What we help with
Back, neck, shoulder and knee pain.
You don’t need a diagnosis to start. Tell us where it hurts, and your PT will assess what’s going on and take it from there.
Your Physical Therapist decides whether video care is right for you. Some needs require in-person care, and we’ll tell you if yours does.
- Low back pain and sciatica. Build stability in your hips and deep core, so your back stops doing all the work.
- Neck pain and stiffness. A short routine that fits your workday, plus a workstation check on camera.
- Shoulder pain. Range of motion and shoulder-blade mechanics, corrected rep by rep.
- Knee pain. We watch you squat, step and walk, then target what’s loading your knee.
- After surgery, or back to your sport. A plan that builds you back up at the right pace.

Your PT must be licensed where you are during each visit. Traveling? Tell us before your visit and we’ll move it at no charge.
Have Medicare?
Including a Medicare Advantage plan: Medicare rules mean we can’t see you for physical therapy yet. Please call us first. Our coaching and education are open to you.
Not for emergencies.
If you may be having a medical emergency, call 911. Sudden weakness, numbness, or changes in bladder or bowel control need care today.

Your PT watches how you move on live video, explains what’s driving your pain, and coaches you through exercises in real time, adjusting your plan as you improve. You need a phone, tablet or computer with a camera, and a little space to move.
What does it cost?
Your 60-minute evaluation is $199, paid when you book. If you continue, the 12-week program is $1,997, or 3 monthly payments of $729. Your evaluation fee is credited if you enroll within 7 days.
Do you take insurance?
No. We’re cash pay, with HSA and FSA cards accepted. If you’d like to send a claim to your health plan yourself, ask for an itemized receipt (superbill). Whether your plan pays you back depends on your plan.
When are visits?
Open times show on Jane when you book, in your own time zone (Eastern for most of Pennsylvania).
Why do I need a referral in Pennsylvania?
Pennsylvania law requires a referral for physical therapy treatment. Please get one from a physician, physician assistant or certified registered nurse practitioner (or a dentist or podiatrist for a condition they treat) before your first visit, and email it to us after you book. If we don’t have it before your evaluation, we’ll move your evaluation to a new time at no charge.
What if I need to cancel?
Give at least 24 hours’ notice to move your evaluation to a new time at no charge. Physical therapy payments are non-refundable; the full policy is on our Payments & Cancellations page.
